Strategy Health Check – £795
Do you have an effective, well articulated and widely-understood strategy ? Are you actively managing it ?
This two day package includes a document review, in-depth interviews with up to four senior managers, a written strategic health check setting out what’s in place and identifying areas for improvment, with an optional verbal de-brief.
Strategy Refresh – £1,995
A five day detailed strategic review.
We spend three days understanding your business, your current strategy and the issues you face. We then facilitate an all-day strategic planning event at your offices, enabling your senior team to reaffirm, refresh or replace the existing strategy. We will deliver a written strategy document after the workshop. This package represents outstanding value as part of an annual planning cycle.
The Power Week – £1,995
Do you have a business problem that needs skilled attention for a week ?
An ideal way to make rapid progress with those important and complex issues you never manage to tackle.
We’ll agree a scope of work and then take your project forward as far as possible in a working week, writing up our progress before we finish.
We have the experience to tackle a wide range of business problems but we’re not experts in everything, so we won’t attempt a task that requires expertise we don’t possess.
Overview of our Terms of Business
VAT is applicable to our services. All work is covered by our terms of business. Your confidential information is assured – we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you before we start. Where our work gives us an insight into your plans we will agree not to work with named suppliers, customers and competitors for a period following our engagement. Travel, where necessary, is included within one hour of our location near Milton Keynes; this covers an area bounded by London, Oxford, Northampton and Peterborough. Travel and subsistence further afield will be agreed on a case by case basis.
